Server problem Empty Server problem

Our server is offline at the moment, we have some problems. we wrotte ticket to our host and we expecting it will be fixed soon. Anyways we changing our host next week, cuz we are not sutisfied with this one. Next week we will have new server with location in Germany and with same host like animal planet.
